Description

We are currently looking to staff workers for food vending booths at Firefly music festival, located in Dover Delaware. Do you have a positive and outgoing attitude? Like to have fun while working your booty off? Making new friends while soaking in music, and working together as a team? You might be a perfect fit to join our crew! Here's what we need from you: - Must be able to arrive on site wednesday, September 22nd. - Working dates - 9-23 thru 9-26 Once the festival is over on Sunday night and we have everything broken down, you are free to leave or to spend the night to get some rest before heading home Monday morning. - Must have a valid (not expired) ID/license. No exceptions. You won't be able to get your credentials to enter the venue without it. - Must be on time. This type of work becomes really difficult when you have people that don't value punctuality This is a camping festival, so you will need to have camping gear. A tent, air mattress, sleeping bag, etc. RVs and campers are welcome but there will be no water/electric hookups. $$$$$$ Pay is $16 per hour plus tips. At this particular event, tips usually wind up being an additional $4 - $5 per hour so you should average around $20-21 per hour. Cash paid Sunday night, after we break everything down. We have 11 booths at Firefly this year, as we have been voted best food a few years in a row with our teriyaki noodle bowls. So there is definitely an opportunity to get mad crazy hours and chase that bread. You can easily get 10 - 15 hours a day if you hustle. You can eat for free at any of our 11 booths for the duration of the festival, we also provide free water bottles to all of our workers as well. Gotta stay hydrated! We will be serving pizza, teriyaki noodle bowls, chicken tenders and fries, hot dogs and possibly Mac and cheese. For the most part you will be serving customers on the front, or making plates of food. All of our items are super simplified so that it moves quickly and people aren't waiting. If you have kitchen experience we can get you on the grill or fryers or the pizza oven. We try to spread people out where they are comfortable. If any of this sounds good to you, shoot me an email. Festival experience a plus for sure, but not required. Restaurant experience is super helpful as well.
