Work Schedule Options: Monday-Friday, 11a-7:30p (plus every 3rd weekend from 2:30-11p, eligible for shift differential pay) Monday-Friday, 7a-3p (plus every 3rd weekend) What you Need Some experience with performing general and minor inspections and maintenance, repairs general electrical, general plumbing, HVAC, lighting, hardware, TV, locks, safety systems and repairs of doors and entry systems Ability to work independently and possess excellent problem solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to work well with the senior population.
