Pacific Rim Landscape is a full service landscape company located in Santa Fe Springs for over 25 years. We pride ourselves as a team environment who provides excellent customer service. We are looking for a Landscape Supervisor who is FULLY experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of landscape maintenance and installation for commercial and residential properties. The Landscape Supervisor is responsible for managing team members, securing necessary equipment and resources to successfully complete jobs. Communicate and direct job site activities; coordinate work flow and hands on work. The Landscape Supervisor will provide excellent customer service; drive out to the property, inspect and make adjustment to the landscapes as needed, including swapping out plants, fixing irrigation, timers and other repairs. The Landscape Supervisor candidate must have excellent attention to detail, communication and management skills; be able to work well in our team setting as well as on you own with minimal supervision. *Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fun fast pace environment. *Must have clean driver's license. *Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry. *English and Spanish necessary *Able to work 40 hours a week on a stable schedule and extra as needed. *Company vehicle with gas provided.
