We are a residential real estate company in the heart of Lincoln Park looking for a student (or anyone willing) to do some labor work such as assembling furniture, moving furniture from different staged apartments, learn maintenance tasks, etc. We are just about to embark on a new project that will require a lot of hands on tasks. Starting at $15 per hour with performance bonuses for hard work. Requirements: - Have a high school diploma - A clean criminal record - Ability to lift 50+ pounds
