Seeking a work/living space Hey! I’m currently looking for a space where I can work and live out of. I’m a respectful and easy going 29 year old. I am currently in the beginning stages of launching my business. I have a custom guitar business that I have been working on for a little while now. For this business I have a few large equipment items. The space would have to be either ground level or have wheelchair/elevator access if on a higher floor. I’m also an independent writer/bookmaker and publisher. My indie publishing company has published over 300 writers. If it was the right space I would also love to hold writing/poetry events there. The ideal space would be a dog friendly storefront, garage, office building, warehouse that would allow for me to also sleep/live out of. I am seeking a situation like this because It would be more cost effective than trying to both rent out an apartment and a workshop separately. My monthly rental budget is about $750 but would be open to a higher rent depending on the space. Thanks so much for your time!
