Cleaner Needed San Bernardino/Lake Arrowhead $20/hour + Extra for Gas

I am looking for a reliable and detailed housekeeper with a relatively flexible schedule to clean a home in Lake Arrowhead 2-3 times each week. Ideally I would like someone who has experience cleaning short term rental properties. Pay: $20/hour (I will pay for the time it takes you to drive to the house, plus I will pay for your gas) Job Details: 2-3 days/week about 5-6 hours/day. Must be able to travel. I will pay for all cleaning supplies. Because this is a short term rental and generally there are guests arriving the same day another group is leaving, you may need to bring extra linens home to wash to be ready for the next cleaning. Please contact me for information. What I expect from my cleaner: Flexibility with work days is important because the cleanings happen different days each week, but you can expect to always finish before 4pm, and shouldn't have to start before 10am. You'll need to drive to the home in Lake Arrowhead, which is about 30 minutes from the base of the mountain. I would ideally like someone who has a 4-wheel drive car, and would be willing to shovel the driveway in the winter, of course I would pay extra for that service. What you can expect from me: kind and caring communication and understanding of a cleaners workload (I used to clean 2 short term rentals myself, I understand the process).
