Property management company is seeking experienced custodians to join the team at our corporate office! Pay: $15/hr; depending on experience We are seeking a full-time custodian to help us with: • Clean and sanitize restrooms inside and out including but not limited to urinals, toilets, mirrors, and sinks. • Maintain and supply restrooms with towels, soap, etc. • Clean and sanitize lunchroom, refrigerators, sinks, and countertops • Collect and dispose of trash • Separate recycle and trash items • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming of floors • Scrubbing, dusting, waxing, polishing, • Washing windows and walls • Cleaning parking lots and garden area, etc. • Report any safety and/or maintenance concerns in the building or grounds • Assist with other duties as needed Must Have: • Valid Driver’s License • A reliable vehicle • Authorization to work in the US • Availability Monday-Friday If interested please call or text (213) 399-3454 We are an equal opportunity employer.
