❤️ WE ARE A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION ❤️ - MAKE GREAT INCOME WHILE HELPING THE COMMUNITY STAY SAFE - OUR NON-PROFIT MAKES MONEY SPECIFICALLY FOR THE DELIVERY OF EACH AND EVERY (3-4 MINUTE) COVID19 TEST OUR OUTSIDE FIELD REPS CONDUCT. We refer to our outside field reps as “Tent Managers”. We are not hiring employees, we are hiring independent Tent Managers that have the capacity to independently run their own Covid19 Test site (Tent). Our available Tent Manager positions require each Manager to set up their own Test Station (Tent Setup: 10 Minutes) and help oversee “Self-Administered” Nasal Tests (Generally, each recipient conducts their own Covid19 test, by holding the cotton swab to their own nose on their own. You will help them when needed). 99% OF YOUR JOB: 1-2-3 Steps 🔵 1) Invite everyone walking by, to your tent to take a FREE Covid19 Test. 🔵 2) Fill-Out Application (1-2 Minutes) 🔵 3) Nasal Test (30 Seconds) ❤️ THAT’S IT! ❤️ - Each full Application & Test Session takes approximately 3-4 minutes → Move on to the next person → REPEAT. Training for this job is very minimal (15-30 Minutes). The rest is just repetition. A quick demonstration of setting up your tent (10 Minutes), Taking Applications (2-3 Minutes), conducting tests (30 Seconds) and explaining a few things takes roughly 15 minutes. Another 15 minutes of Q&A and you literally can do this on your own from Start to Finish. This is NOT complicated. The rest is up to you. No one wants to be paid little for a lot of hard work. In turn, we are NOT trying to hire a bunch of low paid, unmotivated order-takers. We only want to hire Manager Minded individuals that want to help the community, while earning $15-$20 an Hour with the prospect of running a team of 5 tents for $25 + Overrides within the first 30 days. We are grooming ALL NEW HIRES to become “TEAM LEADERS” and that all starts with YOU. It makes absolutely no sense to keep people at the bottom of the ladder. So if YOU are Manager Material and want to become a Team Leader, managing up to 5 Tents and make even more money from all your own tents… WE WANT YOU. So let's talk about pay (5 DAY BASE PAY - Monday through Friday): ----- 🔵 PAY: $15 HOURLY: $15 Per Hour $120 Per Day (8 Hours Per Day) $600 Per Week (Mon-Fri) $2400 Per Month + Daily, Weekly & Monthly Bonuses ------ 🔵 PAY: $20 HOURLY: $20 Per Hour $160 Per Day (8 Hours Per Day) $800 Per Week (Mon-Fri) $3200 Per Month + Daily, Weekly & Monthly Bonuses ----- INCREASED BASED PAY - Is when your $15 Hourly Pay increases to $20, as a result of reaching your Weekly Bonus. Every week you have a chance to reach this very achievable Bonus and when you do, your 40 Hours Work Week increases from $600 to $800 + Each Weekly Bonus Level increases your weekly pay by = $100 Dollars. For example: If you reach your 1st Weekly Bonus 2 things happen. 1) You are bumped up to $20 Hourly for the week, so your take home the following Friday = $800 2) You would have had to have reached your very achievable Bonus of $100, so your Pay for the Week = $900 → Instead of $600. If you reach your 2nd Bonus, your pay for the week = $1,000 instead of $600. REACHING BONUSES: That’s all you! You can’t sit down at your tent and expect people to come to you and wonder why you are not reaching your bonuses (They’re busy, distracted, aloof, on the phone, shy, the list goes on). You must be outgoing, assertive, with a great personality and a desire to help people, so that they feel inclined to visit your tent when you call them over. We have all kinds of great advice regarding this… AND THEY WORK.
