Come Grow with Us! The fall seeding season is right around the corner and NaturaLawn of America is seeking Fall Seeding Technicians to join our team. No experience needed, however experience with walk behind aeration machines may qualify you for higher starting pay. This full time, seasonal position will last through mid-November. Successful candidates may qualify for full time work/year round work as a Lawn Care Technician. This is a physically demanding job. As such, you will need to be able to use a walk-behind aerator up to 9 hours a day, 5 days per week. Responsibilities will include: -Arrive ready to work each day at 8:00 AM -Operate company vehicles according to Safety Protocols -Using a core aerator to aerate residential lawns -Lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day -Applying grass seed to residential properties -Monday thru Friday & some Saturdays, 35 to 45 hrs. / Wk. You will need a CURRENT, ACTIVE driver's license for this position.
