Hello, I need someone who can help with pre-demolition work on an old farm house that is being torn down in stages. Please note house is in Dundee, IA however pay will include transportation expense Work will include the following: Opening walls using a sledge hammer so engineer can inspect removing glass/windows prior to demolition removing wiring from basement You must have the following tools/equipment Safety glasses Good shoes/boots (some of the walls have already been removed and their are nails/glass present) sledge hammer hard hat is recommended and can be purchased at harbor freight for $10 - ceiling is plaster and appears stable Please email for more details.
