compensation: -$by the hour I'm seeking a handyman to work in my yard&house and have some or all knowledge in the following areas: Outdoor wood deck repair. Tree trimming. Yard cleaning. Tiling Sheetrock Plastering Painting Plumbing(light, not a must) Electrical (light, not a must) General building repairs Must be able to travel to site of work -- vehicle a plus (Pickup truck but not a must) Must be responsible, independent someone to take charge. Must have experience, friendly and have people skills. Must have a positive attitude. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely and organized fashion.
