This is a live-in position, apartment included Apartment Complex located in East Orange, NJ, is looking for a Maintenance /Make Ready, to live on-site (apartment is included as part of compensation). The position will include the responsibility for the care and comfort of the residents including, but not limited to, general interior and exterior maintenance, repairs in apartments and building common areas, and responding to service requests of the residents. Requirements • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Strong understanding of appliance, electrical, plumbing and carpentry repair • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written • Must be available to respond to after-hours emergencies • Must own a vehicle Principals only.
