We need assistance in our Recruiting Department for our Sales department who will help us continue our growth. Recruiting is the beginning of any successful organization and you can play a key role in this position. ASSISTS IN THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILTIES OF THE RECRUITING DEPARTMENT: Places recruiting ads on social media sites and other platforms Scheduling and performing interviews 2 days a week Keeps accurate records Conducts product training programs for new representatives 3 days a week.
