Full-time Janitor for apartment building in Newark. Responsibilities include cleaning building, cleaning grounds, mowing lawn, and removing garbage. Must have experience with garbage compactor and must be able to lift heavy objects. Must have excellent cleaning skills including stripping and waxing floors, stainless steel polishing, sweeping, mopping, and more. Positive attitude and pride in keeping the building clean are mandatory. This is not a supervisory position and you will be working on your own and filling out some paperwork.
