Position Summary: •Completes assigned work orders •Completes the "make-ready" process at the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor •Completes work orders and other paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion. •Assists in maintaining the grounds and other items as directed by Maintenance Supervisor *Able to paint apartments at turn over and other areas as requested. Working Conditions: • Work both in and outside of apartment buildings and in all areas of the property, including amenities. Physical Demands: •Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions • Must be able to “take call” during evenings and weekends. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years previous experience • Multi-Family, Senior living, experience a plus • Knowledge and experience repairing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and appliances would be great!
