Need assistance with caring for large docile dog

ASAP * In need of an in home " veterinarian assistant " type of person to help with applying skin cream and giving meds to a very large docile Great Pyrenees. He was infected with a serious skin rash and is half shaved and needs meds applied to 50% of his body. I am a 65 yo male with double sciatica and cannot handle his weight and will on my own. I am offering $25 for one + hours worth of assistance per day for as many days as necessary. Located in South Buffalo, Seneca + Southside area. You can basically pick a time convenient to you. Evenings are best, so he can sleep with cream on. Please feel free to ask questions and do what ever is necessary for you to feel comfortable doing this with me. (Example: bring someone with to check out the situation, etc. )
