LOOKING FOR RELIABLE GC

Hi! My name is Sabrina and I run a fully integrated Real Estate Investment firm based out in the west coast. We are under contract right now for 4 single family homes in the Luray / Shenandoa area and we are looking for a GC that we can depend on since we are out of state investors. I am looking for someone to do floor installing, cabinet painting, wall paint, bathroom tiling, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels and so on. Right now we have 3 projects we are looking to be completed by end of October....we are looking for a GC we can hire out for ALL of our projects that are reliable and dependable, specially when it comes to time commitments. If you think you are a good fit, please let me know. We plan on buying 10 homes between now and January and need all the help we can get. None of our homes will be more than aesthetic flips....we try to focus on cosmetic repairs more than anything. Thanks!
