I am a local trumpet player looking to join a band, do recording, and perform. I have 35+ years professional experience, ranging from the Colo. Ballet Orch., Colo. Symphony, Boulder Dinner Theater (4 years), multiple churches, and most of the community concert bands and orchestras. I am classically trained, but prefer to play in commercial settings doing shows and weddings, and the like. In this area my experience includes multiple broadway shows, latin bands (Cojunto Colores), big Bands (Woody Herman - local and Tommy Dorsey) rock bands (Motivation Machine), lead trumpet, extensive improvisation, show headliners, including the temptations, Four Tops, O'Jays, extensive Vegas-style pros from the 50's, 60's, and 70's, and other notables such as John Denver at Red Rocks and even the Earth, Wind, and Fire horn section. I can just about do it all and travel. So, if you need an experienced player please give me a shout.
