Full Time Lead Teacher (hourly rate $16.50) Full Time Teacher Assistant (hourly rate $13.25) Seeking candidates that are passionate hardworking individuals to join our team. Qualifications for Lead Teacher Must be 18 years or older Associates Degree or Higher in ECE or related fields At least 1 year of experience in as a lead teacher in an ECE program At least 1 year of experience in applying PA Standards Qualifications for Teacher Assistant Must be 18 years or older CDA At least 1 year of experience in an ECE program Requirements for ALL applicants Updated physical and TB Current Clearances (NSOR, Child Abuse, Criminal and FBI) 2 Written References Pediatric First Aid/CPR Health and Safety Training Mandated Reporter Training **RESPONSIBILITIES** Creating and implementing lesson plans Supervision of students Aiding in daily activities Maintaining a healthy and safe environment Effectively communicate with families, staff and students Assist students with individual goals as well as group goals Capable of writing clear and detail observation Complete Progress Reports/Child Service Reports Parent/Teacher Conferences Attending Monthly Staff Meetings All applicants can submit a resume to www.lamontacademy.com **Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Paid Personal & Paid Sick Leave**
