Mason wanted to break up large rock

Help wanted in breaking up large rock. Would like to break it down about 10 inches or so. The black rubber tile in the picture is 24 inches (see pictures). Task will require a mason saw and a jack hammer. Based on a similar job on a rock twice the surface area, job should take about an hour with the correct tools to break it down two layers of what a wet saw can cut into it. Willing to pay $80.
