NOW HIRING $15+ hr plus Performance Bonuses 🔥 Join our growing team 👊🔥 Earn performance bonuses, new skills, referral bonuses 💰 Position: Field Tech Position Job Duties: - Operate push lawn mowers, walk behind lawn mowers, stand on mowers, and riding lawn mowers - garden bed maintenance, landscaping work, trimming, stone work, retaining walls, sod installation, mulch installation, rock and dirt work. - Use stick trimmers to trim along hard surfaces, edge sidewalks/driveways, trim around trees and other necessary objects on the property. - Drive trucks while pulling equipment in trailers. Work fast and efficient, while delivering quality work (better than the competition). - Maintain and respect all equipment being used. - Respect teammates and the person you are reporting to at the beginning and end of the day. - Report to work in correct uniform everyday - Report to general manager or supervisor for assigned duties and jobs. Job Qualifications: - Work hard in all weather (rain, heat, snow, etc.) - Be able to lift heavy objects - NO SMOKING POLICY on properties - Drivers license/ clean driving record - Be able to work long hours.
