This series is for parents or guardians of teens who are struggling and are looking for ideas and information on how to improve their parenting skills and techniques. Topics will include talking with teens, schedules, family meetings, positive reinforcement, and handling conflict. Instruction is provided by a therapist from CMC, LLC, with years of experience working with adolescent youth and families. This is a safe place for you to bring your questions, concerns, worries and hear from others who share similar struggles. Participants are asked to commit to attend all 6 sessions. This class is intended for parents or guardians only. Childcare is not provided.
