Join us for an informative walking tour with our Industrial Lands working group lead and city officials to learn about Industrial Lands. What is Seattle's Industrial and Maritime Strategy?Do you want to learn about the future of Seattle's Industrial & Maritime lands in Seattle's Interbay neighborhood? Join us to find out! Meet us at 1:45 pm at the Fisherman's Terminal and grab a snack, check out the history, and get ready to set off on our walking / bus tour promptly at 2 pm. Each of the first 3 stops have bathroom access. Can't attend? Take yourself on this tour 1.5 hour tour of Magnolia / Interbay: STARTING POINT: Fisherman's Terminal / 3919 18th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119 The following transit lines have routes that pass near Fisherman's Terminal: Bus 31, 33, D LINE NEXT STOP: Interbay Athletic Complex / 3027 17th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98104 We will walk, wheel or roll .4 miles from Fisherman's Terminal to the D line. Crossing one of the worst places to cross just south of the Ballard Bridge to the D Line. We will get on the D line for 1 stop and walk, wheel or roll .3 miles over to Interbay Athletic Complex and look at the Dravus Bridge & BNSF Rail Yards NEXT STOP: Interbay Armory / 2001 15th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119 We will hop back on the D line to the Whole Foods where we can view the Interbay Armory. Learn about the uncertain future of this land and state level recommendations FINAL STOP: Magnolia Bridge / 1541 15th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119 Hopping back on the D Line, or walking if some prefer, we will continue on to the Magnolia Bridge, discuss its future and the future of Sound Transit light rail stops.
