Sweet female puppy for rehome

We are fostering a sweet young female puppy, unknown breed, she is approximately 14 weeks old. She was in a bad situation and having my husband work animal control we knew how to take care of her. She is fully recovered and doing great! She is crate trained, struggles with potty training (she will potty 1&2 outside but come in and potty inside again). However she does not potty in her crate when in there overnight or when we leave the house. She was abused and is very shy and timid, she will yelp if she feels you're going to hit her or yell at her or feels threatened (she was abused). She is good with cats and dogs! She is a little rough on our kittens but correcting her works great! She is great with kids but a usual puppy who will jump on them for attention. She has no have her vaccinations yet, was recommended to delay until she was back in good health. She has a small $30 rehome fee to ensure she is going to someone who genuinely cares. She loves to follow you around even to the bathroom lol, she is loyal!
