FREE Family - Friendly Dance Fitness Class! Real Church and Heartland Christian Church have teamed up to offer FREE weekly REFIT® classes as a ministry to the Goshen community.  Our REFIT® class provides an opportunity for women to workout within a positive, uplifting, supportive, Christ-centered community. REFITREV Website What is REFIT?A DANCE PARTY!!  REFIT® is a dance-inspired fitness class that uses family-friendly music with choreography that is easy to learn and can be modified for various fitness levels.  It combines purposeful movements with powerful music for a fun workout that includes cardio, toning, balance, and flexibility.  Turn the lights down, the music up, and let the party begin!! Is REFIT® like Zumba® or other dance fitness classes?Think of it like different brands of tennis shoes -- Nike, Reebok, Adidas etc.  All of the brands have similarities that qualify them as tennis shoes, yet each brand has distinct characteristics that make them unique. One unique characteristic of our REFIT® class is that it is filled with positive and encouraging Christian music that is sure to make you want to dance!  We promise to bring you fun and inspirational songs from Christian artists like TobyMac, Mandisa, Lecrae, Tauren Wells, Jamie Grace, Jordan Feliz, Wande, Thousand Foot Krutch, Capital Kings, Newsboys, V.Rose, Family Force 5, Aaron Cole, Danny Gokey, Bethel, and more!!  The vision of REFIT® is to not only to experience fitness - but also to build community and make an impact.  We take time to invest in the people who participate in our classes through community connection and time for “Heartwork”.  We close our classes with a devotional, words of encouragement, and prayer.
