Please join us for "The Intentionality of Self Care" with guest speaker Dr. MelindaJoy Mingo. During this event, participants will be given the opportunity to identify and evaluate their own strategies for self care and create a personal self-care plan.
This thoughtful and joyful talk will focus specifically on five different types of self-care: physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual and professional care.
This time will empower women to think proactively and creatively about developing a more compassionate, and kind perspective of self care.

Please select one of the following meal options and indicate your choice when you register for the event:
#1 Pollo Forestiera - Chicken Scallopine with fresh cut Mushrooms in a Sherry wine sauce. Includes the daily vegetable and roasted rosemary potato.
#2 Baked Manicotti - Hand rolled pasta filled with Ricotta, Parmigiana, Mozzarella cheeses and fresh Herbs, baked in a Bolognese sauce. Pasta dish does not include sides.
This month's dessert will be the delicious Cannoli!
All meals include: House Mista Salad, Fresh Baked House Bread, Dessert, Soda, Coffee, Tea.
A cash bar will also be available. Parking is available in the front and rear of the building.
No Walk-Ins will be accepted at this event. You must be registered to attend.
