Survey is looking for a hard-working, reliable, self-motivated individual to join the company as a Retail Merchandiser. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will drive from store to store within a 30 to 50 mile territory on the area of Wilmington, MA and complete a variety of tasks (see below) for Survey's Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients. You will use Survey's app to document your work and will have a team lead that provides your schedule. The project starts immediately and will continue until October 31st. Pay is $20 per hour plus $0.20 cents per mile driven between stores, and we offer 24 hour payment approval after completed shift. The hours are provided by the client based on the store needs between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm. This job requires a good deal of driving so you must have a car and valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds consistently. This position is a Part Time Position 32 to 40 hours per week, days vary. Availability to work on weekends, holidays and evenings. Apply today and join us! What You’ll Do: As a Retail Merchandiser, you will visit your assigned stores and complete various tasks for our client. Typical tasks include: - Under limited supervision, restocks products in customer locations during high volume and high traffic times on off days of Route Sales Representatives. - Pulling product from storage areas in ‘back of the store’. - Employee may assist in assembling and disassembling temporary mobile displays. - Limited contact with store customers and clients. - Decision making is moderate, which is governed by procedure while focused on daily operations. - Analyzes situation accurately, taking effective action. - Following written and oral instructions. - Organize and coordinate work. - Communicating tactfully and effectively. - Working independently in absence of direct supervision. - Ability to work under narrow time constraints; while maintaining effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment. Skills Required: - Ability to communicate effectively with store managers and other personnel. - Ability to work efficiently and complete all tasks thoroughly. - Ability to work on your feet (standing, stooping, crouching, etc) for extended periods. - Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. - Ability to read and follow shelf schematics. - Ability to travel to multiple locations throughout your territory. Pay and Getting Paid: - Pay is $20/hour paid via OpenForce thru the Survey Merchandiser App. - $0.20 cents per mile driven between stores. - We offer 24 hour payment approval after completed shift. Here are the additional requirements and nice-to-haves: - Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings. - Must have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app. - Must be 21 years of age or older. - Strong self management skills. - Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. - Must be comfortable interacting with store managers / personnel. - One year previous merchandising or auditing experience is helpful.
