Survey is looking for a hard-working, reliable, self-motivated individual to join the company as a Retail Merchandiser. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will drive from store to store within a 30 to 50 mile territory on the area of Hermantown, MN retrieving Frito-Lay products from the backs of stores, and ensuring that our products are both fresh and attractive to our customers and complete a variety of tasks (see below) for Survey's Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients. You will use Survey's app to document your work and will have a team lead that provides your schedule. The project starts immediately and will continue until September 30th. Pay is $16 per hour plus $0.20 cents per mile driven between stores, and we offer 24 hour payment approval after completed shift. The hours are provided by the client based on the store needs between 5:00 am and 4:00 pm. This job requires a good deal of driving so you must have a car and valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds consistently. Workdays are Thursday to Sunday, you will have Tuesday and Wednesday off. Availability to work weekends and holidays in all weather conditions. Apply today and join us! What You’ll Do: As a Retail Merchandiser, you will visit your assigned stores and complete various tasks for our client. Typical tasks include: - Driving to assigned locations in your personal vehicle. - Check-in and out with manager on duty. - Merchandising cases from the backroom to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products such as Doritos, Classic Lays, Tostitos, Smartfood Popcorn, etc. - Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products. Tidying up shelves and displays, knocking down boxes, and disposing of any waste. - Assist in the assembling and disassembling of promotional materials such as signs, banners, and cardboard displays. It’s a physical job. We transform store aisles, end caps, and displays into works of art, from the lowest shelf to the highest shelf. This position requires that you be able to lift 15 to 40 pounds, climb, push, pull, bend, stand, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with, or without, a reasonable accommodation. Skills Required: - Ability to communicate effectively with store managers and other personnel. - Ability to work efficiently and complete all tasks thoroughly. - Ability to work on your feet (standing, stooping, crouching, etc) for extended periods. - Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. - Ability to read and follow shelf schematics. - Ability to travel to multiple locations throughout your territory. Pay and Getting Paid: - Pay is $16/hour paid via OpenForce thru the Survey Merchandiser App. - $0.20 cents per mile driven between stores. - We offer 24 hour payment approval after completed shift.
