Musician, Video Editor in search of Office/Studio Space

Hi there, my name is Nick. I’m a musician and videographer in my late 20's living in Easthampton. I am looking for an office space somewhere in the valley. Ideally Northampton. As far as recording music in the space I would not be playing guitars, drums, etc. Just recording vocals into the digital setup of my computer and Mixing. Wouldn't be disruptive or super loud. I am looking for a month to month lease beginning immediately. ( I was shooting for Sep. 1 but haven't been able to find a spot) I am planning to rent the space until at least January. My budget is 3-400/month Thanks
