Description

We have a studio apartment that needs a handful of minor home improvements finished. Located in Rogers Park near Clark and Touhy. Some drywall work, some minor electric, possibly minor plumbing, and painting. Unfortunately this is urgent because we need the place returned to livable standards as quickly as possible. For a skilled handyman, this should only be a week or less of work. Flat rate is preferred so that nobody needs to micromanage the hours. If needed, we can pay something at the end of each day but obviously we can't pay the entire amount prior to the work being completed. We will purchase any materials needed directly so you will not need to front any money for this project. We can show you place on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday so you can prepare a bid. (Possibly later next week if needed, but time is of the essence.) Thank you for taking the time to review this project.
