Learn to create mouthwatering authentic Egg rolls and Wonton along with complimenting sauces. Egg Rolls & Wonton have been a tradition in my family for generations. In this class you will learn how to cook the most delicious Egg Rolls & Wonton ever! Including where to buy, what to buy, and how to roll/wrap. We will also make my secret egg roll sauce and sweet and sour sauce. Class includes instruction, demo, hands on creating, cooking and my favorite part, eating!!! Class size up to 10 people but must have minimum of 6 people to hold a class. If class is cancelled due to minimum students not met you will be refunded.
