Encouraging women to take control of their health through fitness, nutrition and mental health. We are back again for the third installment of Brunch Fitness! Brunch Fitness is about women taking control of their health. We are creating a sisterhood and a safe place for women to discuss the areas that affect them when it comes to wellness. At the event we will tackle fitness, nutrition, and mental health. Group Workout Most ladies want to tone and lift their derrière while achieving a tighter midsection. At Brunch Fitness, we’ve created the perfect routine to achieve this goal. DJ Essential will be on the 1’s & 2’s to keep us moving while we workout. These exercises are simple, yet effective and can be implemented at home or at the gym! This is a beginner friendly workout. It is recommended that you bring a mat for the core workout and resistance bands for the glute workout. Brunch There will be an assortment of healthy brunch options that include slow pressed juice, infused water, egg cups, muffins, fruit and more! A recipe card will be provided to encourage you to make these recipes at home. Vegan and dairy free options will be available. Group Support We take time to do activities that encourages healthy discussion surrounding wellness. Whether it’s a topic pertaining to self care or how to eat better, we listen, provide insight and discuss our own personal successes and set backs. At Brunch Fitness we want to create a safe space for women to discuss their well being so that they can walk away feeling empowered to take control of their health.
