Alt Rock band - members needed

I want to try and put together a progressive alt rock band. I'm 31 if it matters. I play guitar. I sing like shit (willing to sing or share duties in the meantime) but I would like to find someone who has similar vocal tonalities to these bands to be the frontman. Would at least like to jam with a few people and see what happens. I've played in metal bands my whole life. I'm wanting to mellow out. I want to create something similar to these bands/albums.
