In January, Dress For Success Wichita became part of Wichita Women’s Initiative Network and we want to continue this wonderful event. The Organization WIN is a nonprofit organization, changing the lives of disadvantaged women through job-readiness and work-retention programs to help them thrive in work and in life, in Wichita, Kansas. WIN has two programs: the Domestic Violence Employment Program and Dress For Success Wichita. The Domestic Violence Employment Program provides transitional employment and healing support for women who have survived a domestic violence relationship and who need employment skills development. Dress For Success Wichita aims to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, assistance with professional attire, and development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. WIN, Women's Initiative Network, is a non-profit collaborative endeavor that provides women survivors of domestic abuse with educational and employment opportunities fostering healing and self-sufficiency. Our goal is to help survivors make the transitition to financial and emotional independence.
