Description

Candidate will have knowledge of basic home/apartment maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical are a must. Position includes changing air filters, adjusting thermostats, changing light bulbs, hanging blinds/shelves/artwork, some outdoor work and other tasks associated with home repair. Experience with hand tools a must. Position includes being on 'after hours emergency on call' every other week.
