Local motel in search of experienced handyman for flooring, landscaping, painting, simple plumbing, simple electrical and/or general construction. Interior/Exterior painting. Plumbing such as toilets, sinks and bathtubs/showers. Appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, ac/heaters, washers, and dryers. Light carpentry and drywall installation/repair. Door and window hardware. Window screens. Wall molding and caulking. Weather preparation and clean up including removing bulk trash from common areas. Clean and inspect common area mechanical and storage rooms as needed. Must have own tools and reliable transportation. Please send resume or an outline of experience and qualifications.
