Kick off your Sunday with a body weight workout with Run Coach Ellen followed by hydration tips and learning how to make your own sports drink with Nutritionist Emily! We'll have some time for Q&A at the end of the session as well as a special in-store shopping discount for all attendees.
This is an outdoor event and we will meet in the rear of the store, parking lot facing Lawrence Expressway. Bring your own yoga/exercise mat, water & sweat towel for the workout. Light refreshments will be provided after the workout.
