We are looking to have a small room (office) built in our finished basement. The room will be approximately 72sqft (8' x 9'). The room will need to be approved by the county and pass inspection. The room will need to be framed, two outlets will need to be installed, you will have to tie into the existing vent system to have a vent in the room. A separate light and switch will need to be installed. The basement is carpeted, so you will need to be able to add the walls without destroying the rest of the carpet. We are requiring soundproof drywall and a solid door as this will be used as an office. No painting required...but room should be ready to paint. We will buy all materials needed for the room (lumber, door, drywall, vent, etc.) Company or crew will need to be licensed and insured with proof.
