QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 1-2 years related experience • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of state car registration and insurance, and an acceptable driving record. • Lift and carry a 45+ pound case of product on a repetitive basis • Must be 21 years of age • Must obtain/have a working cellular phone Merchandiser Job Summary Retail merchandisers are the link between wholesaler, buyers and the sales floor, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time to maximize sales and margin performance. They ensure that the correct mix of products are stocked and displayed, in order to achieve greater sales and maximize exposure. They liaise closely with buying and store operations teams to make sure the stock is properly monitored and available, monitoring slow sellers and providing ideas for a solution, and increasing the stock of those products that are proving popular. Many merchandisers move between merchandising and buying roles as the two are so closely linked. The successful merchandiser will also offer customer service to our retail store owners by answering questions, tracking down lost orders, getting customers the products they need and resolving potential paperwork issues. There are paths for progression with the company for the best performers. Merchandiser responsibilities  Collaborate with customers to create attractive sales floor displays and make sure that our product is prominently displayed  Act as the liaison between customers and the company by addressing customer issues and solving customer problems  Assist customers in creating an organized back stock that allows for easier product accessibility  Fill and rotate all product in the cold boxes  Obtain enough knowledge on the products to hand sell while in the account.
