CONSTRUCTION CREW MEMBER JOB DESCRIPTION The basic function of the Construction Crew Member is to perform assigned tasks in the field for our landscape construction team and to make sure the work is completed safely and timely, meets quality and productivity expectations. The Construction Crew Member is responsible for ensuring proper use and care of the equipment they use at the job site. Knowledge of basic hand and power tools, backhoe, skid steer, trencher, masonry, landscaping and other basic construction knowledge is required. • AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE WITH COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE • Must have DL and acceptable MVR • Must have reliable transportation to and from work. • Must be able to use a wheel barrow & basic tools (shovel, rake, pick etc.) • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs • Must be able to withstand the heat conditions • Must be able to clear employment requirements with E-verify Wages start at $16.00 and depend upon experience. We are currently offering a $500.00 sign on bonus!!!
