Hot Mic band seeks a proficient, confident, enthusiastic, reliable and committed lead guitarist. About us... we're a group of experienced musicians who play covers from a variety of genres. Our main goal is to play songs that gets the dance floor (and us) moving. We're creative and like to put our own spin on songs to set us apart from other bands. You will get to play with a solid drum + bass, easy going rhythm guitarist and one of the best female vocalist in the area. We're middle-aged with youthful spirits. You must have gigging experience, your own equipment and can rip it on the guitar. Attend practice weekly and be flexible to play local gigs on weekends. If you're in multiple bands it probably won't work. This is perfect for a person who has a day job and is passionate about playing music with others. If you live too far from Marin the commute might get old. Also, let us know if you sing or can do backup vocals, or play another instrument. Auditions on 9/13, 9/24 and possibly 10/7. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION. We look forward to hearing from you! If you're interested in auditioning: 1.
