Required Skills 1+ years of experience skillfully using and sharpening knives and other required tools to properly debone, cut and trim meat in a USDA food processing, retail, or restaurant business, or applicable butcher experience. Experience with deboning a ham highly preferred Working knowledge of and food safety procedures and programs Experiencing cleaning meat processing equipment and spaces Willingness and general ability to work in other production areas as needed Ability to work physically for 8 hours.
