Description

We are looking for a hardworking, and reliable maintenance assistant to help with large projects including: deck repairs, kitchen/bathroom remodel, drywall/plaster replacement, plumbing and electrical replacement. You would work along side an experienced carpenter and maintenance technician on various tasks and projects. Prior maintenance experience is not mandatory, but 1-2 years experience is ideal. We expect the maintenance assistant to have a good attitude and be eager to learn. Background check required Pay is $18-$20/hr, based on experience Benefits include 401k match, Health/Dental insurance, and PTO
