Traditional Hand Tool Lessons Beginners and Experienced Carvers Welcome TOOLS PROVIDED IN CLASS I’ll teach you the technical skills you’ll need to carve just about any thing you’d like, over time. The intro course will focus on tool & wood selection, carving techniques, Form Line design and how to carve and paint a relief carved panel with cool designs to choose from. You’ll learn skills that will help you move into the three dimensional realm of carving. If you’re an experienced carver, you’ll get additional support and skills to help you to go beyond your comfort level. I have many projects and patterns that are fun to carve. You must be able to certify that you are fully vaccinated for COVID 19 to reserve a seat. We are wearing masks indoors, vaccinated or not at this time per Gov Orders. DAY CLASSES 10 am to 1pm each week, ASK about upcoming 2 day Classes for Monday thru Thursday Native Style Hand Drums or Rattles! learn to make and paint any size hand drum, even Rawhide Rattles. Lots of designs to choose from or you can bring your own. EVENING CLASSES 6pm to 9pm each week, Monday thru Thursday CLASS FEE Only $250. A student per 8 week quarter. Once a week for 3 hours on the day or evening you choose.
