California Endive Farms is accepting job applications to work as a Seasonal Harvest Worker. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Will be using basic tools and will be working around heavy machinery. • Worker might be moved to different positions throughout the day such as, sorting through roots for rocks, monitoring the shaker, communicating with a forklift driver to indicate when the bin is full, switching a conveyor belt back and forth, standing at a control panel and paying attention to when the machine needs to be shut down. Requirements: • Be able to work in all types of weather and in difficult conditions; hot, cold, dusty, inside, outside. • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time • Must be able to work 10+ hours a day • Must be able to work 5 - 6 days a week (might have to work 7 days) • Be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, rise, and push for extended periods • Must contribute positively and have a positive attitude • Must be able to work in a moderate or loud noise environment • Ability to work at a fast pace Benefits included Referral bonus Year round employment
