TAMPA, FL — Tampa police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 28-year-old man Monday. Officers responded to a disturbance near the 2900 block of West Abdella Street and found a man inside of his vehicle with apparent gunshots. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he died. The shooter remained at the scene and is cooperating with police.
