Seeking an EXPERIENCED, ORGANIZED, HANDS-ON PROBLEM SOLVER for our South Florida region. Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a MUST. Job Duties Include: >Handling facility maintenance service calls for our clients. >Assisting with day to day operations of janitorial services, client accounts and employees. >Visiting clients and employees at job sites ensuring service delivery. >Hiring, training and directing employees, ensuring compliance with work requirements. >Helping employees in completing tasks when needed. >Flexibility in hours, to supervise shifts. >Position has On-Call responsibilities for occasional emergencies. >Handling and assisting in projects as necessary. >Opportunities for extra income through discretionary Performance Bonuses. >Maintaining company equipment, tools and warehouse. >Ability to occasionally travel to Ft. Myers, Tampa and Orlando. Essential Skills: >Handyman/General Maintenance experience. >Supervisory experience, good people skills, time management, organized and leadership skills. >Excellent problem solving ability, able to work in dynamic, fast paced environment. >Good at multi-tasking and excellent communication skills. >Able to work with no physical limitations. >Be 25 or over and able to legally work in the US. >Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. >Be able to pass a background and drug screen. >Be able to use smartphone and computer for basic work and e-mail. >Flexibility in schedule to supervise employees. >Occasional travel to clients in Ft, Myers, Tampa and Orlando in company vehicle.
