We are looking to hire someone with basic to no residential construction experience that is looking to break into a career in wood flooring installation and refinishing.  The perfect candidate:  - Speaks English - Listens and follows orders/procedures - Understands that growth starts from the ground up - Basic exp knowledge around residential construction sites  - Fresh out of high school or early 20s.
