PLYMOUTH, MA — If you're looking to release some pent-up aggression, whether from the pandemic or life's normal stressors, Plymouth will now be home to an axe throwing bar. If all goes as planned, Longhouse Axe Throwing is a family-owned business with a scheduled grand opening on Saturday, September 4, at 46 Main Street, Unit 3. The family first thought of the idea to bring an axe-throwing shop to historic downtown Plymouth after visiting another axe throwing shop out of Everett called Revolution Axe Throwing, Fun107 reported. It will cost $25 an hour per person, and groups are encouraged. Once inside, there are five tossing bays, with two targets per bay. After the axe throwing wipes you out, guests are welcome to the bar, where craft beer and hard seltzers are among some of the drinks offered. Pinz Bowl in Kingston and Stack Shack Food & Drinks at Cordage Commerce Center both offer small recreational axe throwing areas. The company is also hiring, with no experience necessary. More information can be found on their Instagram page here.
