In need of motivated skilled/semi-skilled helpers

I'm in need of two reliable and motivated helpers to complete 3 jobs and possibly more, depending on how you work out. I usually work alone and on occasion would use a friend if needed. However, I recently injured myself and my friend is no longer available. I must complete these projects that are not finished but I'm physically unable to do the work. So, I decided to hire the work out and if you work out and want to continue projects after these are completed then we can possibly extend the relationship. We can work out those details later. I've been doing this along time and have a great reputation. I know that when people work with me I treat them well and even though it's not full time, the pay evens out and allows you to do other jobs or personal business on the off days. Dependability goes along way with me So, if you can commit to a schedule a week in advance and are ok with it fluctuating from week to week until these 3 projects are completed then this is the right fit. If you're semi skilled in construction (basic knowledge and tools), have digging experience, and not afraid to crawl in tight spaces then give me a call as long as you like to work short days (4 to 6 hours) and get paid as if you worked a full one (8 to 10 hours). I also need 1 helper who has experience in construction related trades and that can be left on the job site to complete the jobs and follow instruction down to every fine detail and guide the other helpers while I'm away getting materials etc. Both helpers need to be humble enough to do any task given, it's a team effort and it's about completing the work with integrity and on time.
